The band around the floor system: small area, common leak path.

Attached garages, bonus rooms above, and walls that dump heat into living space.
Additions
Where a new wing meets the original house: different insulation, leaky joints, unfinished cavities.
New construction
Open walls after mechanicals, before drywall. Cleanest substrate and the easiest inspection.

Open-cell and closed-cell are different products. The right one depends on space, moisture, roof assembly, and access, not a slogan. A site visit is how we pick.

Denser, more R per inch
Used where space, rigidity, or moisture resistance matter. Costs and application constraints differ. Not a fire-rating, code, or health guarantee from this page.

Hot attics and a long AC season
St. George attics cook. Ducts sitting in that cavity work against the system all summer. Air sealing around hatches, top plates, and penetrations is often the first move. Foam thickness is the second. We do not promise a dollar amount on the power bill.

Photos get a conversation started. A site visit is required before a firm recommendation. Access, existing insulation, roof assembly, and ventilation have to be seen.
02 · Measure
Square footage, thickness, substrate, and prep. Old insulation removal, tight hatches, and low-slope roofs change labor more than homeowners expect.
03 · Recommend
Open-cell, closed-cell, or a mix based on the assembly, moisture, space, climate exposure, and code questions for your inspector. Not a one-foam answer.
04 · Install
Scheduled after the plan is clear. Occupants, pets, and re-entry timing are reviewed on site. We do not promise a medical or odor-free outcome from a web form.
